Content generated by our AI tools as part of the Services is provided to you for your business use. While Biz-Bot strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it publicly or making business decisions based on it.

8. Termination

BIZ-BOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIZ-BOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT BIZ-BOT HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biz-Bot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in St. Thomas, Ontario, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
